IMC has partners around the world that range from reseller/sales partners, to systems integration partners and e-Learning content partners – with the relationship often being bi-directional agreements in terms of sales arrangements. 

As our new Partner Manager located in our growing London office, you will manage and develop our partnership program and assist our various Management and Business Development teams to reach our strategic goals.


Your tasks

  • Developing and implementing an ongoing strategy to attract new partners, and retain existing ones
  • Identification of potential partners and setting up the collaboration
  • Create an awareness amongst partners at various levels of what IMC can offer to their business
  • Identify strategic goals and objectives for partnerships and determine success factors
  • Identify and exploit marketing opportunities within the partners own customers and network
  • Develop country-based sales plans for partners together with our regional/country business development and sales teams in order to execute on strategic goals
  • Manage regular partner communications, webinars and knowledge sessions as well as support bids and sales opportunities, presentations and proposals
  • Manage partner contracts and working with the partner to meet contract reporting and results goals and targets, establish partner documentations, including frameworks
  • Acting as a representative for each partner within IMC to help them be successful
  • Work on building customer reference-ability together with the partners, marketing and PR teams


Your strengths

  • Pro-active self-starter who can define an own plan of attack, get the necessary internal buy-in and then execute
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as partner or alliance manager within the APAC region
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Eager to develop winning bids and partnership agreements
  • Enthusiasm for innovative software solutions and digital media, especially digital learning or software-as-a-service products
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and potentially the world
  • Flexibility to work as part of a global team with colleagues and partners across the world
