Junior Software Implementation Consultant - Learning Technology

This role is tailor-made for a junior candidate who has already made their mark in their initial consulting role and is now eager to ascend the career ladder.

So, what does the role entail?

As an imc Junior Software Implementation Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of delivering new customer projects while also engaging with our existing clients to handle ongoing work packages for our leading learning management system and other imc software products. Your responsibilities will include:

·       Efficiently managing project scope, time, and budget to deliver work packages

·       Crafting solution designs and specification documents by comprehensively understanding our customers' requirements

·       Actively consulting our clients throughout projects on imc’s software solutions

·       Executing software configurations to exacting standards based on provided specifications

·       Supporting the wider imc team through demos, presentations, technical tender responses, and pitches

·       Identifying and reporting system errors while testing fixes
