Software Implementation Consultant - LMS
Scheer imc, a global leader in Learning Technology, is seeking an experienced Software Implementation Consultant to join our Netherlands Office, to deliver and support our award-winning learning LMS for major brands.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver new customer projects and support ongoing work for imc’s learning management system.
- Manage projects, including scope, time, and budget.
- Facilitate workshops to analyse client needs and design solutions.
- Prepare clear documentation and reports.
- Configure software and provide client training and support.
What you’ll need:
- Fluency in both Dutch and English essential.
- Project management qualifications or experience in IT roll-outs.
- Experience consulting or configuring business software.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel.
