We are on the look-out for an enthusiastic Dutch speaking individual who desires a challenging Software implementation role, who has a passion for technology, learning and digital software, to join our growing Software Implementation Team in London.

Here’s what you’ll be doing.

As an imc Learning Software Implementation Consultant, you will be working on delivering new customer projects, as well as collaborating with our existing customers to deliver ongoing work packages for our leading learning management system and other imc software products.

• Partnering with our clients to ensure they get the full value out of our solution.
• Project manage and deliver work packages with an ability to effectively manage project scope, time, and budget.
• Facilitate workshops to analyse and understand our customers' requirements and agree solution designs.
• Preparing high quality specification documents, plans, reports and other materials. 
• Performing software configurations, to a high standard, based on specifications.
• Support the customer with training, coaching, testing and troubleshooting.

Here’s what you’ll need.

• Fluency in Dutch and English is non negotiable.
• Project Management qualifications and/or experience in IT system rollouts is essential.
• Confidence, gravitas, and meticulous mindfulness.
• Problem solving attitude, purposeful mindset with a desire to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience in consulting or configuring of business software systems is essential.
• Customer centric mindset with ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• Ability to present and run both functional and technical meetings and workshops.
• Flexibility to travel.
