Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the recruitment process: You’ll manage everything from sourcing and screening talent, conducting interviews, to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Build strong partnerships: Work closely with leadership to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations for optimal hiring decisions.

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies: Create and implement creative approaches to attract top talent in competitive markets.

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience: Ensure every applicant enjoys clear communication and excellent service throughout the process.

  • Be our brand ambassador: Represent and strengthen our employer brand-both in person and across all digital channels.

  • Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up with trends, explore new tools, and apply best practices in talent acquisition to keep our recruiting cutting edge.

  • Drive innovation: Lead projects in areas like candidate experience, employer branding, analytics, and AI/automation.

Your Profile

  • Experience in modern recruiting, ideally in an international environment. Career changers with strong IT/tech/SAP/digital backgrounds are welcome.

  • Proficient with contemporary recruiting tools and social media platforms, and skilled in planning and executing innovative sourcing strategies.

  • Interested in IT/tech topics and eager to advance trends like “AI in Recruiting” within our organisation.

  • Analytical, proactive, and service-oriented working style.

  • Fluent in both German and English.
