Working Student (m/f/d) – Corporate Social Media

Do you love social media, storytelling, and creating content that people genuinely want to engage with? Are you excited by the idea of turning trends, customer stories, and ideas into impactful LinkedIn posts and social content?
We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to support the growth and development of our corporate social media presence — with a particular focus on LinkedIn for both DACH and international audiences. From day one, you’ll take on real responsibility and have the opportunity to grow into a true social media channel expert.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across: Product Marketing, Event Marketing, Content Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing
You’ll also collaborate with internal subject matter experts to transform insights, trends, and expertise into engaging social media stories that inspire prospects and customers while addressing real business challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Support and help manage Scheer IMC’s corporate social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn
- Create engaging organic social media content in both German and English
- Collaborate with internal experts and marketing teams to develop relevant, customer-focused storytelling
- Translate complex topics and industry trends into clear, engaging social content
- Support the planning and publication of posts, campaigns, event communications, and customer stories
- Work with different teams to turn ideas into impactful social content
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for engaging content
- Support community growth and increase organic engagement
- Track social media performance and learn which formats and topics perform best
What You Bring
- You are currently studying Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
- You already have some initial experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- You enjoy writing and creating content for professional audiences
- You have strong communication and writing skills in both German and English
- You are interested in customer-focused and value-driven communication
- You are curious, proactive, creative, and well organised
- You enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and turning ideas into engaging stories
