(Senior) Content & Website Growth Manager (f/m/d)

You own our website and content ecosystem as a key lever for organic growth, pipeline generation, and brand perception. The role combines three closely connected areas: content strategy and creation, organic visibility (SEO/AEO/GEO), and website and conversion optimisation.

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You proactively identifiy opportunities, create high-quality content in German and English, drive organic discoverability, and continuously evolve our website experience and performance.

Working closely with Product Marketing, Campaign & Demand Generation, Design, Performance Marketing, and external agencies, you help shape how our brand, solutions, and products are discovered, understood, and experienced across the buyer journey. You report directly to the Head of Marketing.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own and operationalise our strategic content framework, translating strategic topics into editorial plans across campaigns, nurturing tracks, SEO initiatives, and thought leadership formats
  • Create and optimise publication-ready content in German and English, including landing pages, blog posts, website copy, and long-form assets
  • Drive organic visibility across SEO, AEO, and GEO by identifying search opportunities, improving discoverability, and aligning content with user intent and funnel stages
  • Continuously optimise website structure, UX, user journeys, and conversion paths in WordPress
  • Lead on-page optimisation initiatives including metadata, structured data, internal linking, and technical content hygiene
  • Ideate, plan and execute A/B tests for website and content engagement together with Performance Marketing
  • Collaborate with external SEO, content, and web agencies, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable impact
  • Establish reporting for content, SEO, and website performance, translating insights into actionable optimization measures

 

What You Bring

  • Several years of experience in Content Marketing, SEO, and Website Management, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of driving measurable organic growth, lead generation, or pipeline impact through content and SEO initiatives
  • Strong understanding of modern SEO principles, including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and content strategy
  • Experience with or strong interest in AEO, GEO, and AI-driven discovery mechanisms
  • Confident handling of WordPress, SEO tools (currently SE Ranking), analytics platforms, and AI-supported (ChatGPT, Claude) workflows
  • Ideally basic HTML/CSS knowledge as well as experience with multilingual SEO and hreflang management
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and communicate customer value clearly
  • Structured, proactive, and hands-on working style with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration
  • Professional German and English language skills. Our working language is English
