(Senior) Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

You play a key role in shaping how our products are positioned, understood, and experienced across the entire buyer journey. You translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging, compelling sales enablement assets, engaging trial experiences, and value-driven content tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.

Working closely with Product Management, Revenue Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you strengthen our market positioning, sharpen differentiation in competitive enterprise deals, and improve buyer understanding across complex buying committees.

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, someone who simplifies complexity, creates clarity, and turns insights into impactful market communication. You report directly to the Head of Marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and a deep understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and buying committees. Map stakeholder-specific pain points, value drivers, and messaging needs across every stage of the journey
  • Own positioning, messaging, and product narratives across industries, markets, and use cases. Translate complex product capabilities into differentiated value propositions and stakeholder-specific messaging for champions, economic buyers, and technical evaluators alike
  • Shape the product experience throughout the buyer journey — from product-related website pages and trial concepts to demos, evaluations, and onboarding, ensuring prospects understand product value and differentiation at every touchpoint
  • Create and maintain high-impact sales enablement assets, including playbooks, battlecards, product presentations, launch materials, and landing page messaging tailored to specific stakeholders and buying stages
  • Monitor market developments, competitor positioning, and industry trends across SaaS, AI, and Enterprise Learning. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Marketing, and Sales
  • Lead a working student responsible for industry awards and customer case studies/success stories, building a scalable pipeline of external recognition and customer proof points

 

What You Bring

  • Experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, or related strategic marketing roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments
  • Proven track record in developing positioning, messaging, sales enablement, or go-to-market initiatives with measurable commercial impact
  • Strong understanding of enterprise B2B buying processes, buying committees, and complex decision-making structures
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and communicate customer value clearly and convincingly
  • Structured, proactive, and collaborative working style with a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on mindset
  • Comfortable collaborating with product and industry subject-matter experts to create buyer-relevant content and narratives
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset
  • Professional German and English language skills. Our working language is English
